You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

The product is unused and the packaging is complete.

The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and instructions.

The product has not been damaged during transportation.

2. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Contact Customer Service: Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will process it as soon as possible.

Obtain Return Authorization: After requesting a return, customer service will provide you with a return authorization code and instruct you on how to ship the product back.

Prepare the return package: Place the product together with the original packaging and all accessories in a secure package. Please remember to clearly mark the return authorization code on the outside of the package.

Returning the item: Send the package back to the address provided by the customer service. It is recommended to use a trackable courier service so that we can confirm the return of the item in time.

3. Return Fees
The payment of return shipping costs is as follows:

If the return is due to the wrong product or the product has quality problems, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, not as expected, etc.), you need to bear the return shipping costs yourself.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and ensure that it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will be returned through the original payment method, and you can check the receipt status at the bank or payment platform.
